Lara Nichols

Lara Nichols, CPSM, currently serves as the Head of Global Procurement at Flatiron Health and holds advisory roles with Innovecture, LLC, and W Fund, a venture fund focused on supporting women and underrepresented founders. As a Chief Member, Lara is part of a network designed to elevate women leaders. Previous positions include VP, Head of Global Procurement at Deluxe, and Senior Vice President, Head of Procurement at NFP, where Lara developed and implemented enterprise-wide procurement strategies. Earlier career highlights include significant roles at Merck, Tyco International, and Wachovia, where Lara managed strategic sourcing, procurement processes, and transformation initiatives across various sectors. Lara holds a BS in Marketing from Virginia Tech and is engaged in ongoing education at James Madison University.
