Lindsey Gilligan

Lindsey Gilligan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and program management. Currently serving as Senior Director at Flatiron Health since July 2016, Lindsey has previously held various roles at Google from August 2008 to July 2016, including Program Manager for Executive Development, where responsibilities involved managing key executive programs to enhance leaders' soft skills, and analyzing program success metrics. Additionally, Lindsey led the strategy for developmental programs aimed at undergraduate and MBA students and coordinated HR processes in Google’s Canadian offices. Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Harvard University, earned between 2003 and 2008.
