Winnie Kwan

Winnie Kwan is a seasoned professional in talent and career development with extensive experience in human resources and recruiting. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent & Career Development at Flatiron Health since January 2020, Kwan has previously worked at Google as a People Operations/Recruiting Specialist and at IDEO as a Talent Lead. Additional roles include Director of Human Resources at Harlem Village Academies and research assistant at Cornell University’s Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies. Kwan’s early career includes internships and positions at Johnson & Johnson, LeAp, Samuel Goldwyn Films, and 95.5 WBRU. Kwan holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brown University.
