Jennifer Houlihan Ma

Jennifer Houlihan MA, CPM serves as the Director of Product Management & Design for Workforce Development Programs at Austin Community College since December 2023, focusing on curriculum development and industry alignment for workforce courses. Jennifer is also a Senior Lead Instructor at Flatiron School, contributing to product management and design education, and has facilitated design sprints for Voltage Control. Through Houli UX, Jennifer undertakes UX research and design projects with a focus on social impact, including efforts in community development and equitable access to resources. Jennifer is an organizer for ATX Design Jam, has held instructional roles at General Assembly, and has experience as a Changemaker Design Fellow with AIGA Design. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Social Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northwestern University.
