Jess Solimano

Jess Solimano is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations and educational program management. Currently serving as VP of Operations & Shared Services at Flatiron School since January 2024, Jess provides executive oversight for key functions including Human Resources, Legal, Data Analytics, and IT. Previous roles at Flatiron School include VP of Operations & Support, where Jess led Student Experience teams and managed budget ownership, and Senior Director positions that focused on program delivery and team development. Prior to Flatiron, Jess held roles at ClassPass, Apple, Pegasus Solutions, and the Love for Peru Foundation, showcasing a diverse background in operations, business strategy, and technology development. Jess holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Florida Gulf Coast University and a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
