Mollie Khine

Mollie Khine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning, community development, and strategic facilitation. Currently serving as Vice President of Learning & Community at Flatiron School, Mollie has held various roles including Sr. Director of Coaching & Employer Partnerships and Director of Operations since April 2016. In addition, Mollie is a Facilitator & Convening Designer at MeetingLab and contributes as a Glue Person at Glue Club, fostering connections among startup leaders. Previously, Mollie worked as a Dialogue Designer at The Rockefeller Foundation and co-founded Convers(ate), focusing on meaningful conversations and team building. Early career roles included positions at Bridgewater Associates, Avenue Capital Group, and PwC, where Mollie developed strong client relationship management and financial analysis skills. Mollie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia and is a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching.
