Jamie Villadolid

Jamie Villadolid is a Director at Flatiron Search Partners. Her background blends in-house recruitment and retained executive search, bringing a depth of experience working alongside founders and executive teams to lead hiring efforts around key organizational and Talent gaps.

Prior to FSP, Jamie led Talent Acquisition at Small Door Veterinary and at The Wing, both rapidly growing VC-backed consumer businesses. While at The Wing, she established and led the TA function to scale from 70 to 500+ employees over two years. Earlier in her career, Jamie was the fifth employee at Oxeon Partners, where she led C-suite and VP-level retained searches for venture and private equity-backed businesses in the health tech space. Following several years in executive search, she then spent three years building out Oxeon’s internal recruiting processes and People & Culture function.

Jamie received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College, with a dual major in English and Art History. She has spent the last ten years living in NYC, but is originally from Scottsdale, Arizona and travels back west often to visit family and the desert sun.
