Kaela Diomede

Kaela Diomede is an Executive Director at Flatiron Search Partners. She has spent the last 5 years specializing in Talent Acquisition and Professional Search for high growth companies across the Tech and Consumer landscape.

Most recently, Kaela was a Senior Consultant at Perpetual Insights, a Consumer Goods focused Talent Advisory and Recruitment firm where she focused on senior-level placements within the Food & Beverage, Wine & Spirits and Cannabis industries.

Prior to Perpetual Insights, Kaela worked in-house, scaling internal recruitment processes for high-growth software companies in the NYC tech community. She was a founding member of the Talent Team at Grovo and the first Technical Recruiter at Button.

Kaela earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Dance from Bucknell University where she was an Arts Merit Scholarship recipient. Kaela has always had a passion and love for both exercise and wellness, if not running around New York City, she can be found either practicing yoga or mapping out her next hike.
