Flatwater
Chelsea Hardee is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in event management and organizational development. Since January 2013, Chelsea has held various roles at Flatwater, including Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President of Impact & Events, focusing on development and fundraising efforts in collaboration with the Executive Director and Board of Directors. From January 2017 to December 2023, Chelsea served as Event Director for the City to the Sea Half Marathon & 5k, overseeing the event on California's central coast. Prior experience includes working as an Event Coordinator for The LIVESTRONG Foundation and serving as a Professional Athlete for both Red Bull and Nike, where Chelsea achieved notable success as a pole vaulter, including being a two-time NCAA National Champion and a 2009 World Championships Silver Medalist. Chelsea earned a Bachelor's degree from UCLA.

Flatwater provides mental health therapy in the wake of cancer. We connect individuals with therapists to help clear their mind, heal their body, and find the strength to take on a diagnosis. We are not a clinic or a brick and mortar organization, we simply facilitate access to top pre-screened counselors looking to work with families touched by cancer.
