Prior to this, Maya was a VP Strategy & Product Marketing at a psychology-driven AI technology company and Director, HC Practice Leader at Deloitte Consulting in Israel. Maya also founded and led MBL Consulting & Career Development, focusing on HR programs and talent development. Maya holds a Master's degree in Occupational & Organizational Psychology.
