Klemen Muhič

Head Of Customer Care at Flaviar

Klemen Muhič has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Klemen began their career in 2015 as a Translator and Proofreader for Prevajanje in lektoriranje, Klemen Muhič s.p. In 2016, Klemen joined Flaviar as a Freelance Copywriter before transitioning to roles in customer service. Klemen started as a Junior Customer Service Representative and later became a Senior Customer Service Representative. In 2021, they were promoted to the position of Head of Customer Care at Flaviar. In 2017, Klemen also worked at Caskers, where they held positions as a Junior Customer Service Agent and later a Senior Customer Care Agent. Klemen currently holds the role of Head of Customer Care at both Flaviar and Caskers.

Klemen Muhič attended the Univerza v Mariboru from 2012 to 2015. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Translation and Slovene Language and Literature. Klemen also attended the Faculty of Arts at the University of Maribor from 2012 to 2015, where they focused on Language Interpretation and Translation.
