Linda Adams

Linda Adams currently serves as the Head of Customer Care at Wellington IT since August 2025. Prior to this role, Linda held various positions at NiSoft from July 1997 to July 2025, culminating in the role of VP Operations, where responsibilities included managing key customer accounts, driving growth initiatives, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Previous positions at NiSoft included Production Manager, Software Manager, Software Team Leader, and Software Engineer, focusing on project management, client relationship management, and international recruitment. Earlier experience includes a Software Engineer role at NICS DFP from 1995 to 1996. Linda holds a BSc Hons in Applied Computing with DIS from Ulster University, completed in 1997, along with education from Letterkenny Institute of Technology and St Catherines Vocational School Killybegs.
