Daniel Thales

Daniel Thales is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial and information technology management. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Flávio's Calçados e Esportes since October 2017, Daniel has successfully developed and implemented digital transformation strategies, notably creating the Flávio's Digital Card, which gained over 150,000 clients and accounts for more than 40% of sales. Prior to this role, Daniel held various managerial positions in technology at Rede Marajó S/A and Hiper Moreira, where skills in project management, innovative system development, and process optimization were demonstrated. Daniel holds an MBA in Market Strategy from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and an MBA in Business Management from the same institution, complemented by a degree in Systems Analysis from Universidade Salgado de Oliveira.
