Doug Eisenhoffer is an experienced professional in the flavor and beverage industries, currently serving as Vice President of Research & Development at Flavor Insights since May 2019. Prior to this role, Doug held various positions at Kerry Asia Pacific since May 1998, including Senior Flavour Creation & Beverage Applications Manager, where expertise in managing sweet and beverage flavors was demonstrated. Additional responsibilities included leading flavor modulation efforts and providing technical sales support. Doug's tenure also involved international assignments within the EMEA region and managing flavor creation teams, along with a strong background in formulating flavors for alcohol. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

We are a team of innovators who have been through the creative process, generating a concept, iterating a prototype, finding a manufacturer, and building a marketing strategy. We’ve gone through the ups and the downs of building an iconic brand and ultimately selling our product, Muscle Milk. We fell in love with all things flavor and development and, in 2017, put together an experienced team to build our West Coast flavor house. As one of the only flavor companies in California, we are here to bring a little sweetness to the golden coast.
