Technical Sales Representative at Flavor Materials International

Isis Baltodano has a diverse range of work experience in the food industry. Isis started their career as a Food Chemistry Laboratory Assistant at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala in 2008. Following that, they worked as a Food Technology Laboratory Assistant at the same university in 2009.

In 2010, Isis joined Sabores Cosco de Guatemala as a R&D Assistant, where they designed new products and conducted research to meet customer demands. Isis was later promoted to the role of Quality and R&D Manager, responsible for supervising compliance with programs and developing products for clients.

In 2012, Isis joined CONCADAL, S.A. as Technical Supervisor of R&D, Production, and Quality Control. Isis'sresponsibilities included training clients on raw material use, formulating R&D applications, and overseeing production performance.

Isis then joined INDUSTRIAS TREVISO, S.A. (FRUTALIA) as Plant Production Manager in 2012, where they supervised and controlled production performance, reviewed GMP, and handled customer complaints and audits.

From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Nestle S.A. as a Research and Development Specialist in Culinary Products. Isis'srole involved designing and innovating new culinary food products, administering development projects, and reviewing legal texts.

Isis became a Key Account Manager at Aromateca in 2017, where they managed new business openings, maintained the current business portfolio, and handled portfolios in Honduras and Belize.

Later, they joined Jia' Brands in 2019 as a Technical Support and Innovation professional. Isis'sresponsibilities included providing technical support and marketing presentations to the commercial team, delivering technical training, and applying sweetness solutions in various food matrixes.

Currently, Isis is working as a Technical Sales Representative at Flavor Materials Intl, where they focus on developing new profitable businesses, preparing technical information presentations, and providing technical support to key account customers.

Isis Baltodano started their education journey in 2005 at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Food Engineering with a focus on Ingeniería química. Isis completed their undergraduate degree in 2011. In 2020, they enrolled in Escuela Gourmet Del Vino Y Cata, where they obtained a professional certification as a Sommelier. Additionally, during the same period, they pursued a Master's degree in Flavor Design at TECH Technological University, which they completed in 2021.
