Harmony Mark-Ewa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Harmony is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at FlavorWiki since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a 1:1 Business Mentor at UpSkill Digital, where they provided guidance and mentoring to MSMEs. Harmony also worked as an Educational Administrator in the field of education from August 2020 to July 2022. Harmony has extensive experience in volunteer coordination and training, as they served as a District Volunteer Training Coordinator at IHA from February 2017 to January 2022. Harmony also worked as a District Youth Program Coordinator at Junior Accelerator Programs, where they on-boarded and mentored participants. Harmony's background also includes research assistance, teaching roles, and community liaison work. Harmony worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Department of Educational Management from January 2016 to January 2022. Additionally, they served as an Educator at Education Hub from January 2019 to November 2021 and as a Teacher at GRUEN INTERNATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL from August 2018 to January 2019. Harmony has experience in program development and empowerment schemes for community youth and women as a Community Liaison Officer at DDPES from May 2017 to July 2018. Harmony also served as a Civic Education Subject teacher at Aven Secondary School from June 2017 to April 2018.

Harmony Mark-Ewa has an extensive education history. Harmony completed their Bachelor of Science in Educational Management and Political Science at the University of Port Harcourt from 2011 to 2015. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Educational Management and Planning from the same university. Additionally, they attended the Joint Professional Training and Support International in 2017 and received a degree in Human Resources Management and Services as a Human Resource Manager.

In 2019, Harmony pursued further education at the University of Port Harcourt, where they earned a Master's degree in Educational Administration, specializing in Educational Administration. During the same year, they also acquired several certifications from Microsoft in Education, including the titles of Microsoft Educator Community Contributor and Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator. These certifications focused on topics such as 21st-century teaching aids, digital resources for teachers, and collaborative learning.

To enhance their skills in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Harmony participated in an ICT Competence and Digital Lifestyle program at Rivteckcreek Rivjobs in 2019.

Harmony's pursuit of knowledge continued beyond formal education. Harmony obtained various certifications and completed courses in different subjects. Notable certifications include Advanced Cybersecurity Training for Teachers from the Commonwealth of Learning in 2023, ALX Virtual Assistant Course_Honors from alx_africa in 2022, and a Leadership Course from Girl Up, United Nations Foundation in 2022. Additionally, they acquired multiple certifications in subjects such as digital marketing, data science, instructional design, and working with students with special educational needs.

In 2017, Harmony also obtained a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria certification.
