Alexander Henok Habtezghi

Alexander Henok Habtezghi has a diverse work experience in the engineering sector. In 2018, they worked as a Design Intern at Tensar International Corporation, where they gained experience in making soil reinforcement and stabilization calculations, producing technical drawings, and working with software and Excel to process data. Alexander Henok then progressed to the role of Design Engineer, where they continued to handle engineering tasks and tender submissions. In 2019, Alexander joined Arcadis as a Parametric Design Thesis Student, and later in the same year, they founded their own company called Flawless Workflow, where they currently serve as the Founder and COO.
