Matis Indov

Matis Indov has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Matis started their career in 2006 as a Wall and Floor Tiler at Plaat-Est OÜ, where they achieved recognition as a professional tiler, ranking World TOP11 in 2009 and European TOP2 in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Telemarketer at BPO Services OÜ and then as a Sales Representative at Eden Springs until 2011. In 2009, Matis also founded EUM Noorteklubi MTÜ, where they held various roles including Founder, Board Member, and CEO, overseeing event management services for business clients until 2016. In 2012, they ventured into entrepreneurship again by founding Cue & Play OÜ, importing and distributing the EQUA brand in Estonia. Matis worked at Fleet Complete as a Sales Manager for Ecofleet from 2011 to 2014, and later as the Export Director after Fleet Complete acquired Ecofleet in 2018. Currently, they serve as the Head of Sales, Resellers at Fleet Complete, a leading global IoT provider of fleet management solutions, with key distribution partnerships with AT&T in the U.S.

Matis Indov obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences / EEK Mainor, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Prior to this, they pursued studies in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the same university from 2012 to 2015.
