Sharath Kumar Ala is a Senior Support Specialist who had worked with Fleet Cost & Care (FCC) since 2006. Prior to his current role Sharath served as a Project Manager supervising the activities of FCC’s overseas development and QA teams. He has over 16 years experience in various roles within the company’s development team including QA Manager, Test Lead, and Sr. Test Engineer. With comprehensive experience in Agile Methodologies, testing concepts and processes as well as extensive knowledge in various industries like logistics, healthcare, and e-commerce, Sharath’s primary responsibility is to enhance Fleet Cost & Care’s support team and improve client services.
