Sarah Katherine Schmidt

Sarah Katherine Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in people operations, talent development, and leadership. Sarah Katherine has held positions such as VP of Customer Experience at Peoplelogic, where they focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and managing employee experience. Prior to that, they served as a Director of Talent Development at murmuration, where they strategically developed talent programs and improved learning and development processes. Sarah Katherine also has experience as a Director of People Operations at Helm, where they oversaw all aspects of employee lifecycle and implemented effective talent programs. Additionally, Sarah has owned their own consulting company, Adastra Talent Partners, where they provided customized training and development solutions for people managers and executive teams. Sarah Katherine has also served on the boards of various organizations, including as an Independent Trustee at Follow the Child Montessori School and as Chair of the Board of Directors at Trinity Avenue Presbyterian Church Weekday School. Sarah's expertise lies in HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, and strategic partnerships.

Sarah Katherine Schmidt obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University.
