Greg Halzen

Greg Halzen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community organizing, education, and customer service. Currently serving as a Runner Outfitter at Fleet Feet since September 2022, Greg utilizes 3D foot scanning technology and customer interviews to provide tailored product recommendations for runners. Previous roles include Base Building Organizer at Community Voices Heard, where Greg helped improve conditions in public housing in New York City, and Community Organizer at Faith in New York, focusing on social justice initiatives. Additional experience includes mentoring teachers at Teachers College, dual-language teaching for the New York City Department of Education, and community development work with the Peace Corps in Bulgaria. Greg holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from Elon University, an MA in Bilingual/Bicultural Education from Teachers College, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Nursing at Lehman College.
