Customer Care Team Lead at Fleet Feet

Sean Gossen has work experience in the retail and customer service industry as well as being a student athlete. Sean worked at Fleet Feet from June 2016 to the present, starting as an Inventory Management/Accessory Buyer/Outfitter before being promoted to Assistant Manager. In December 2019, they transitioned to the role of a Customer Care Specialist and later became a Customer Care Team Lead in June 2022. In this role, they assist the Customer Care Manager in day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, onboarding/training new team members, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Sean was a Student Athlete at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from October 2011 to May 2016, specializing in distance events for Cross Country and Track and Field at the NCAA Division I Level.

Sean Gossen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, completing their studies between 2011 and 2016.
