Matthew started their career in 2004 as a Production Manager at Signature Landscapes, LLC, where they worked until 2011. Then, they joined Coast Landscape Management as an Account Manager from 2011 to 2014. After that, they joined Terracare Associates and held multiple roles, including Account Manager, Branch Manager, and Municipal Region Manager, from 2014 to 2022. Currently, they are a Vice President of Operations at FLEET Response, starting in November 2022.
