Roger Cervenka

Roger Cervenka serves as the Vice President of Client Services at Fleet Response since April 2016, bringing over 20 years of industry experience with a focus on oversight of various operations including FNOL/Call Center, Roadside, Glass, Accident/Claims, Subrogation, and Salvage. Cervenka is an integral part of the Executive Management Team and collaborates with key executives in corporate, risk, insurance, and vendor management. Prior to Fleet Response, Cervenka held positions at the Progressive Group of Insurance Companies, including Subrogation Manager and National Salvage Manager, where operations for inbound subrogation and salvage recovery were managed. Cervenka possesses a Bachelor's degree in Justice Studies from Kent State University and is a fully licensed member of NASP.
