Stephen Carter

Stephen Carter is the Senior Director of Operations at Able Forces Inc. and Able Forces Professional Services Inc. Stephen has been with the company since August 2012 and reports directly to the President and CEO. Stephen is responsible for the day-to-day operations of both companies, as well as managing the company's FCL/JPAS accounts for all cleared personnel. Stephen also attends networking sessions and company orientations with Federal and Civilian companies to create and maintain positive relationships.

Stephen Carter has a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University. Stephen also has an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from Barton Community College. Stephen has taken many courses in leadership and marketing from the US Army, including the Station Commanders Course, the Senior Leadership Course, the Basic Recruiters Course, and the Advanced Leadership Course.
