Paul Libassi

Paul LiBassi is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive background in operations and finance, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Fleet Team, Inc. since November 2014. In this role, Paul oversees the administrative team, focusing on leadership, development, and collaboration to enhance organizational efficiency. Prior experience includes positions as Finance and Operations Manager, where Paul improved workflow efficiency, and as Senior Tax Accountant at Meaden & Moore, providing strategic tax advice and preparing tax returns. Paul began their career with internships at The Lubrizol Corporation and Zion, Synek, & Associates, developing analytical skills in procurement and tax preparation.
