Stephanie Peters, MHRM

Stephanie Peters has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Stephanie began their career as an Office Administrator at Dole Fresh Fruit International, Ltd in 2006. Stephanie then worked as a Lead Payroll Clerk at Jack in the Box, where they provided payroll functions and trained new payroll clerks.

In 2008, Stephanie joined Propulsion Controls Engineering as an Accounting Supervisor before transitioning to the role of Human Resources Manager. During their time there, they developed the HR department, created a new-hire program, and wrote various policies and procedures.

Stephanie then joined Operation Samahan Community Health Clinic in 2016 as a Human Resources professional. In this role, they spearheaded the restructuring of the HR department and conducted employee investigations.

Since 2017, Stephanie has been working at FleetLogix, Inc. Initially, they served as a Human Resources Manager, providing support and guidance to approximately 1500 employees. Stephanie handled complex employee relations incidents, coached supervisors and managers on discipline techniques, and conducted training on various HR topics.

Currently, Stephanie holds the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at FleetLogix, Inc. In this role, they provide guidance and support to junior HR staff, handles complex employee relations incidents, and coaches supervisors and managers on disciplinary action processes and procedures.

Stephanie Peters earned their Associate of Science degree in Accounting from Robert Morris University - Illinois from 1995 to 1997. Stephanie then pursued further education and graduated from Kaplan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting between 2006 and 2007. Stephanie later completed their Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management at Kaplan University from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Human Resources Certificate from the San Diego Employers Association in June 2014.
