Bryan Drum

Bryan Drum has over 30 years of experience in training, change management, and employee development. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at FleetNet America, Inc. since June 2012, Bryan transitioned into this role following FleetNet's acquisition by Cox Automotive. Prior to this, Bryan worked for Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated for 14 years, holding various positions including Senior Manager of Change Management and Employee Development, and Manager of Training & Change Management. Earlier in Bryan's career, multiple roles at Harris-Teeter, Inc. included Produce Manager and Regional Trainer. Bryan holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business Administration from Gaston College, earned between 1985 and 1991.
