Irem Dikmen

Irem Dikmen is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and customer service, currently serving as an Account Manager and previously as a Customer Service Officer at FleetPartners since October 2019. In these roles, Irem has focused on achieving sales targets, servicing accounts, and building relationships with Fleet Managers and drivers. Prior to this, Irem held the position of Office Manager from August 2015 to January 2019, overseeing procurement procedures and coordinating internal interviews. Irem's career began as an Executive Assistant at Reysaş from March 2004 to July 2006, where negotiation skills saved the company significant costs and enhanced the CEO’s time management. Irem holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Istanbul University, completed in 2000, and attended Kadikoy Anatolian Secondary College from 1990 to 1995.
