Cynthia Whiting has over 12 years of work experience. Cynthia began their career in 2008 as a Data Entry Specialist at Platinum Protection. Cynthia then moved to Convergys as a Customer Service Representative. In 2010, they joined Overstock.com as a Customer Service Representative, then Partner Account Manager, and finally Market Partner Account Manager. In 2019, they joined MyTime as a Customer Success Representative and is currently a Senior Customer Success Manager. In their roles, they have supported and trained MyTime users on products, handled inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, increased customer engagement with MyTime products, upsold MyTime products, worked with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to create features and products, communicated charge-backs, responded to marketplace account requests, created new product pages, developed deep knowledge of partner businesses, enabled them to meet company objectives, boosted sales and operation numbers, recieved positive reviews for customer service, asked open-ended questions to assess customer needs, answered customer questions and offered details about products and services, documented and forwarded customer inquiries and complaints, ran credit checks on potential customers, set up accounts for approved customers, and conducted Pre and Post surveys with customers.

Cynthia Whiting attended Spanish Fork High School from 2002 to 2006, where they earned their High School Diploma. Cynthia then attended Utah Valley University from 2006 to 2007, studying General Studies.
