Georges Bou Chedid

Georges Bou Chedid has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to the present. Georges started as a Sound System operator at Audio Sound from January 2015 to February 2017. In 2018, they worked as an Assistant IT Manager at Madi Dot Com, handling various IT tasks such as formatting, installing software, and managing sales transactions.

In 2019, they interned at Publicis Groupe as a Media Intern for the TAAG Summer Program. In this role, they worked on creating and placing ads and communicated with experts from abroad.

In 2021, Georges joined FleetRunnr as a Junior Software Engineer, where they learned and understood Laravel from scratch. Georges also provided ideas and helped with the fleet delivery software. Currently, they hold the position of a Backend Engineer at FleetRunnr, where they are responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web applications, creating REST APIs, integrating 3rd party APIs, and reviewing code.

Additionally, Georges is currently a Lead SAP BTP Developer at a startup company focused on designing shipping solutions. Georges aims to revolutionize the shipping software industry by leveraging SAP technologies. In this role, they design and integrates apps using S4 Cloud and Hana Database. This position began in November 2021 and is ongoing until June 2023.

Georges Bou Chedid pursued their education chronologically, starting from 2001 to 2016, when they attended College Mar Doumith Roumieh. During this time, they obtained their Lebanese Baccalaureate degree in the field of General Sciences. Later, from 2016 to 2020, they enrolled at the Lebanese University - Faculty of Sciences to earn their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
