Stephen Brake

Stephen Brake has extensive experience in service delivery and project management within the defense sector, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager and Technical Planning Manager at Fleetway Inc. since October 2006. Responsibilities include managing project management processes, developing methodologies for budget tracking and performance metrics, and overseeing all project activities. Previously, Stephen held positions as Senior Engineering Project Manager, focusing on engineering design changes for naval vessels, and Engineering Manager, supervising engineering teams. Stephen's career began in the Canadian Armed Forces, where roles included Marine Engineer and Marine Engineering Technician. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada, along with a diploma in Mechanical/Marine Engineering Technology from St. Lawrence College.
