Wanli Yu

Wanli Yu is a seasoned Principal Mechanical Engineer at Fleetway Inc. since June 2003, specializing in naval projects for the navy and coast guard, including involvement in the Halifax-class program. Prior to this role, Wanli Yu worked at Wenchong Shipyard from July 1992 to July 2000 as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager, focusing on new builds such as 700 TEU container ships and 800 M3 split hopper dredgers, as well as repair projects including the ME crane shaft replacement for MV Vast Jollity and stern shaft and rudder refit for MV Aurora. Wanli Yu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harbin Engineering University (1988-1992) and furthered education at Ryerson University from 2001 to 2003.
