Dr. Mike Kelly

Dr. Mike Kelly currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent and Director of Curriculum and Assessment for Fleetwood Area School District since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading K-12 curriculum development, overseeing MTSS, managing local and state assessments, and facilitating professional development. Previously, Dr. Kelly was a school principal at East Penn School District from July 2011 to September 2021, emphasizing relationship-building within the school community, and served as an Assistant Principal in both East Penn School District (grades 6-8) and Muhlenberg School District (grades 7-9), where duties involved professional development planning and student support. Dr. Kelly began a career in education as a Social Studies Teacher at Oley Valley School District and Academy Park High School. Dr. Kelly holds a Doctor of Education from Widener University, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Wilkes University, and two bachelor's degrees from Kutztown University in Political Science and Criminal Justice.
