Gwynn Bollinger

Gwynn (Reinert) Bollinger currently serves as the Director of Special Education for Fleetwood Area School District, a position held since January 2001, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education and supervising district-wide special education staff. Previous experience includes serving as an Emotional/Learning Support Teacher, managing a caseload of IEP students, developing behavior plans, and leading curriculum efforts. Prior to Fleetwood, Gwynn worked as a Therapeutic Staff Support in Allentown, Pennsylvania, providing in-home and school-based services utilizing the ABA approach for students with autism and behavioral challenges. Gwynn obtained a Master's degree in Special Education and a Supervisory Certificate from Penn State University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Sociology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
