Justin Lindsey

Justin Lindsey, Ed. D., serves as the Assistant Director of Special Education for Rome City Schools since April 2025. Previously, Justin held multiple roles at Calhoun City Schools from July 2021 to April 2025, including Instructional Coordinator for Exceptional Student Services and CTI Coordinator & ESS Lead Teacher. Prior to that, Justin contributed to Calhoun City School District from June 2010 to February 2021 as a Teacher and Coach, focusing on Exceptional Student Services and serving as Head Cross Country Coach for both Boys and Girls. Additional experience includes working as an ESS Paraprofessional and a Community Education Staff Member. Early career experiences also include a role as a Summer Camp Counselor at Rome YMCA. Justin holds a Doctor of Education from the University of West Georgia and has earned various certifications and degrees in educational leadership and special education from prestigious institutions.
