Jeff is a highly experienced corporate leader with over 40 years of experience in professional services with Ernst & Young. Jeff held numerous leadership roles within Ernst & Young which focused on mining, oil and gas, and other industries. Jeff’s expertise is centered around audit, risk, and financial acumen derived from acting as lead partner on numerous large public company audit, capital raisings, and corporate transactions. As a Non-Executive Director of several ASX listed companies Jeff has been involved with various corporate acquisitions and takeovers, debt restructures, and equity raisings.
