Mark Southey

Mark Southey was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 10 October 2018, and thereafter as chair of the Remuneration Committee. Mark is an experienced senior executive with extensive global experience in industrial technology and services and project development in the natural resources sectors. Mark has previously held senior executive positions with Honeywell and ABB in Australia and internationally, and was a member of the global executive leadership team within WorleyParsons where he held the position of Group Managing Director for the Minerals, Metals, and Chemicals Sector.
