Nick O'Loughlin

Nick O'Loughlin is an experienced executive with a diverse background in product design, operations, and innovation. Currently serving as General Manager for Glyde Access at Fleetwood since September 2024, Nick previously held leadership roles at Nuheara, including Chief Operations Officer and Chief Innovation Officer from May 2021 to October 2024. Prior experience includes positions as SVP of Global Ninja AD and NPD at SharkNinja and General Manager of Product Design and Engineering at Sunbeam Australia. Nick holds an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University, and a degree in Industrial Design from RMIT University.
