Robert Bodo

Robert Bodo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as the Production Manager at Fleetwood since October 2021, Robert oversees the largest vertically integrated modular manufacturing operations in Australia. Previously, Robert was a Managing Partner at R&SB Solutions, enhancing business performance through innovative resource management. Robert's career at 3M spanned 17 years in multiple leadership roles, including Site, Operations, and Manufacturing Manager, with a focus on engineering, quality, and supply chain management. Additional experience includes contract and project management in the rail industry at IFE-Tebel, as well as significant contributions to telecommunications and manufacturing excellence at NeoProducts, ADVEM, AJAX Technology Center, Amcor, Dataplex, and Johnson Tiles Pty Ltd. Robert holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from the University of Melbourne and has furthered education at Deakin University.
