Lauren DeJager, PHR, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Fleis & VandenBrink since September 2017, previously holding roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Benefits Administrator at The Rapid from September 2009 to September 2017. Responsibilities included researching employee benefits and safety practices, administering insurance and pension plans, collaborating with department managers on recruitment processes, conducting in-depth background checks, and representing the organization at job fairs. Lauren DeJager holds a Post-baccalaureate Certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Davenport University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Valley State University.
