Michael Spencer

Michael Spencer is an accomplished marketing communications specialist with extensive experience in journalism and photography. Currently employed at Fleis & VandenBrink since April 2015, Michael specializes in writing and editing newsletters and press releases, as well as photographic documentation of projects and employee headshots. Previous roles include copy editor and sports editor at The Leelanau Enterprise, where Michael received a national first place award for photography, and various reporting positions at The Midland Daily News, Strikes N Strokes, and Bay City Times, contributing to sports and feature coverage across multiple platforms. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Central Michigan University and an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from Delta College.
