Crystal Ciervo

Crystal Ciervo currently serves as the Deputy Director at Fleisher Art Memorial, a position held since 2024. Prior to this role, Crystal was with the Philadelphia Film Society from 2015 to 2024, where responsibilities included Chief Operating Officer, Senior Director of Finance & Administration, and Director of Business & External Affairs. Crystal's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Project Coordination at CID Entertainment in 2012-2013 and as Accounting & Ticketing Manager at Live Nation Entertainment from 2002 to 2010. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a focus on Advertising/Public Relations and Visual Arts: Studio Arts from Loyola University Maryland.
