Karen Eisenberg

Karen Eisenberg currently serves as Vice President of People & Culture at PMG since September 2024. Previously, Karen held the position of Senior Vice President and Senior Partner, Chief of Staff for the Americas at FleishmanHillard since May 2015, where responsibilities included facilitating business operations, implementing corporate strategy, and coaching market leaders on employee engagement. Karen's extensive experience in talent development also includes serving as Senior Vice President and Partner, focusing on the full employee lifecycle and optimizing talent performance. Prior roles encompassed senior human resources positions at Publicis Kaplan Thaler, Publicis Modem, and Publicis New York, where efforts centered on enhancing talent management practices. Karen began her career in account management at TBWA\Chiat\Day and Publicis NY. Karen holds a degree in Psychology and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis.
