Karen Mahoney

Karen Mahoney is currently the Senior Vice President and Senior Partner in Talent Development at FleishmanHillard, where Karen oversees the Talent Acquisition leadership team and leads the Recruit + Retain pillar of the global DE+I strategy. Prior to their current role, Karen held various positions at FleishmanHillard including Senior Vice President & Partner, Talent Development + Global DE+I Taskforce and Senior Vice President & Partner, US Talent Acquisition Lead. Karen also has experience in recruiting roles at Aquent before joining FleishmanHillard. Karen holds a M.A. in Middle Eastern Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and an A.B. in International Relations and History from William & Mary.
