Health and Research Team

The Health and Research Team at Flemingdon Health Centre conducts and supports health-related research projects and initiatives, particularly focusing on chronic disease prevention and management, such as diabetes in South Asian communities. This team collaborates to analyze data, facilitate community outreach and education, manage wellness programs, and ensure effective communication of research findings to enhance the overall health and wellness of their medically complex and socially vulnerable clients.
