Milica Aleksic

Milica Aleksic is an HR professional with a diverse background in human resources, currently employed at Flender since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist at ElevenEs from April 2024 to September 2025, a Recruiter at MG Group HR Services from April 2023 to April 2024, and a People and Culture Administrator during an internship at IKEA from April 2022 to April 2023.
