Pandu Chillakuru

Pandu Chillakuru serves as the Whole Time Director at Flender since April 2022, previously holding the position of Chief Financial Officer at ZF Group from November 2010 to March 2022, and Dy. General Manager - Finance prior to that. With extensive experience at Cavinkare from 1994 to November 2010, Pandu led the Corporate Controlling department and achieved significant cost management initiatives. Early career roles included Manager - Costing, Sr. Executive - Internal Audit, Regional Accountant, and Accounts Officer, contributing to improvements in audit response times and account collections. Academically, Pandu holds an FCMA in Public Accounting from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, a Certified Financial Manager degree from the Center for Financial Management, and a B.Com degree from Sri Venkateswara University.
