Khattar Manoj

Khattar Manoj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Whole Time Director and President at Usha International since September 2008, Khattar leads a team of 150 in various areas including Vendor Development, Quality Assurance, and Technology Absorption. Prior to this, Khattar held the position of General Manager at Honda Motor India Pvt Ltd from 2006 to November 2008, focusing on new dealer development as Country Head for After Sales. At Honda Cars India Ltd, from 1996 to 2006, Khattar was General Manager and head of manufacturing, overseeing a team of over 2000 and achieving recognition as the best plant for quality, productivity, and cost among all Honda plants in Asia. Khattar's career began at Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd from 1985 to 1996, where responsibilities included Product Development and Quality Control, complemented by training in Japan and the USA. Khattar holds a BE (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
