Sylke Moerke has extensive work experience in supply chain management and project management. Sylke is currently the Managing Director Technology at FLENSBURGER BRAUEREI Emil Petersen GmbH & Co. KG. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at HGDF Familienholding GmbH & Co. KG and as a Process Lead for Supply Chain Planning & Purchase-to-Pay at Hero Group. Sylke also held the position of Head of Plan & Deliver Central Europe at SCHWARTAUER WERKE GmbH & Co. KGaA and Senior Supply Chain Manager at WARSTEINER Brauerei Haus Cramer Management GmbH. Sylke Moerke has also worked for companies such as EMIG GmbH & Co. KG, HOMANN Feinkost GmbH, Campbell Soup Europe, Campbell's Germany GmbH, and Bahlsen in various supply chain and logistics roles.

Sylke Moerke attended Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Dipl.-Wirtschaftsing. (FH) with a focus on Transportwesen / Logistik.
